The Egg

The “Egg” is a fountain sculpture that we built in collaboration with Abound Design. It was built for and in front of Cooper’s Corner in downtown Florence, Ma. The Egg has an underground stone structure that supports the sculpture and the edges of triangular patio pieces to increase the size of the reservoir and so the pump could be serviced. We built the egg with a combination of Goshen Stone and Ashfield Stone, and carved the birdbath top out of Ashfield Stone.
